本論文結合東北高速黑龍江分公司項目《水泥混凝土路面白色薄層罩面技術的研究》展開工作，通過大量的試驗研究，從以往國內的修復材料，國外的同類材料中，參考道路修復材料的技術標準，路面養護維修手冊和混凝土路面修補技術要求，吸取已有材料的長處和特點，研製開發了kg水性修補材料和kg油性修補材料，通過反復測試並做正交試驗，研製出最優配方。 -

研究結果表明，採用體積法設計的級配不僅具有較好的水穩定性而且其它路用性能均滿足高速公路面層的要求；綜合考慮壓實性能及路用性能，提出了瀝青路面表面層結構層厚度與混合料最大粒徑的合理比例為2 . 5 ；摻有液體胺類抗剝落劑的瀝青混合料經長期老化后其抗水損害能力衰減嚴重，而摻加消石灰的混合料能顯著提高其抗水損害能力，且長期性能較好，是一種優良的抗剝落劑。
