The geological, geochemical and geochronological features regarding to this ophiolite melange and related blocks to its both north and south sides have been investigated in this thesis. as a consequence of this research the tectonic evolution process of western kunlun mountain has been discussed. the qimanyuter ophiolite melange takes role as a tectonic boundary separating south kunlun massif from north kunlun massif.
