本文基於模塊化設計思想，研製了一臺專門針對脆性材料力學性能測試的多功能脆性材料試驗儀，其主要包括機械加載模塊、支撐平臺、功能模塊、測控系統、軟體系統等模塊，通過對這些模塊的不同組合可實現不同的功能及滿足不同應用場合要求;系統除了具有測試脆性材料的彈性模量、極限應變、強度、硬度、韌性等常規性能外，還具有無損測試玻璃構件不同位置的局部強度和表面預應力，進而對玻璃構件的安全可靠性和壽命進行預測等功能。 -
