實驗研究結果如下： （ 1 ） uv - b輻射處理后前2天，紫萍超氧化物歧化酶（ sod ）和抗壞血酸過氧化物酶（ ap ）等抗氧化酶系統有不同程度的升高，隨著uv - b處理時間的延長，紫萍體內抗氧化保護系統能力下降， sod和ap的活性下降，並且非酶類抗氧化物質抗壞血酸（ asa ）含量一直低於對照組，而脯氨酸（ pro ）的含量則一直在升高。
