In this thesis, research issues on system science and cims platform technology are summarized, flexible software system and emergence studying based on complexity system theory are especially evaluated. then, a common adaptive cim solution is advanced, and development procedure of reconfigurable common adaptive cim basal platform is analyzed with the thinking of reconfiguration and using platform. finally, a reusable software development platform framework is designed by using java program language, which can also be used in rapidly redevelopment
