結論：通過調整tir區g c含量及增加大腸桿菌偏愛的密碼子，確實能提高hbfgf在大腸桿菌中的表達量，而將78和96位上的半瞇氨酸替換成絲氨酸后，得到的hbfgf的蛋白活性高於未改構蛋白，二聚體和包涵體減少。
