From the results of the experiment, we can see that simultaneity electrochemical polymerization of 3 - pyrrole - dna and 3 - [ 2, 5, 8, 11 - tetraoxa - tridecyl - 13 - ol ] - pyrrole was a new promising method for preparing dna chips because this method had such following advantages : first, the immobilization procedure can be controlled easily. second, with the progress of microelectronics, the miniaturization and integraterization of polypyrrole - based dna chip can be achieved in the future ; third, using an electrochemical active compound like the mb, the hybridization detection will be performed more easily
從以上實驗結果可看出，電化學聚吡咯方法制備dna晶元和傳統的方法相比具有下列優越性：首先，固定可通過電化學信號控制和完成，操作簡單易行；其次，微電子技術和電化學的進一步結合，可以提高晶元的集成程度，將dna晶元進一步向產業化方向推進；第三，通過應用電化學活性物質，有望建立無標記的dna晶元檢測技術，有利於減少環境污染、提高靈敏度、降低成本。
