說這些話時瓦庫拉不再盯看著釋迦牟尼，雖然如此，但是他不能脫離開世尊的面前。 -
Now while buddha was still residing near rajagrha, a young brahmin named vakula, a native of shravasti, chanced to hear the dharma preached
那時，當佛陀還住在王舍城附近的時候，有一個叫作瓦庫拉的年輕婆羅門，從舍衛國來，偶然聽到宣講的法 -
“ vakula ! ”, said buddha. ” it is now the last day of the rainy season. for your own good i must ask you to go away
「瓦庫拉! 」佛陀說. 」這是雨季的最後一天。為了你自己好，我必須請你離開。 」
