論文首先介紹陜西高校省級重點實驗室的建設和管理現狀，對重點實驗室建設中存在的問題進行初步分析，根據對重點實驗室績效主要影響因素的分析建立了陜西高校省級重點實驗室績效評價指標體系；然後從橫向和縱向兩個角度對陜西高校省級重點實驗室績效進行評價；接著應用dea投影理論和聚類分析對重點實驗室績效進行結構性評價；最後通過分析橫、縱向評價結果以及結構性評價結果，找出陜西高校省級重點實驗室的績效問題和成因，並提出相應的改進建議。
