結果表明：保溫塗料及一定的塗層厚度有利於提高鋁液的充型速度；澆注溫度越高、直澆道空心面積率越大，鋁液充型速度越快；模樣厚度太厚或太薄，均會使鋁液充型速度降低；一定的直澆道長度及直澆道面積有利於提高鋁液的充型速度；施加負壓會使鋁液的充型速度大大提高，但負壓過大會增大鑄造缺陷。
