通過現場測試、模型和試塊的模擬振動成型試驗、加載破壞試驗、理論分析、現場減振隔振試驗、施工工藝和質量控制等一系列全面、系統的研究工作，認真、深入地研究了現澆混凝土受火車行駛振動的影響，特別是在約束構件后澆濕接頭區段內現澆混凝土受火車行駛振動影響研究方面作出了開創性的工作，完成了振動使濕接頭區段受到彎曲變形影響條件下的構件模擬振動試驗、抗剪強度試驗。
