實驗結果顯示：經過egf刺激24小時后，相對於野生型mef組，敲除型mef組的2一de圖譜中代表vimeniin的蛋白斑點消失，暗示缺失plc一y1基因可能直接或間接導致了vimentin的不表達， vimentin是否是plc一1通路的下游事件，以及是否是plc一yl通路與其他信號通路的交叉點，尚需結合其他方法進行深入研究。
