發現cf _ 3cooh只有在加入n （ ch _ 2ch _ 2oh ） _ 3的條件下才能形成fha相和fa相，其機理是：在溶液中加入n （ ch _ 2ch _ 2oh ） _ 3能夠促進溶液中cf _ 3cooh的離解，形成無揮發性的含氟過渡化合物，溶液快速乾燥后的中間產物中仍能保留過渡性的含氟化合物，在隨后的熱處理過程中，過渡化合物分解並與非晶態的鈣磷酸鹽反應最終生成fha相或fa相。
