（ 2 ）順義區農業用水的95來自地下水，農業用水占總用水量的80左右（ 2001年） ，水資源緊缺成為限制農業生產的主要瓶頸，在日趨緊缺的水資源壓力下，提高水分使用效率成為土地可持續利用的關鍵。採用wofost模型對順義區冬小麥的生產潛力及雨養條件下水分限制產量進行了模擬，結果表明：在光、溫、水、肥條件均滿足時生產潛力為8485kg hm ~ 2 ，雨養條件下水分限制產量只有2323kg hm ~ 2 。
