第一部分：首先概述了網路經濟的誕生，指出這一嶄新的經濟形態對人類的未來生活起著舉足輕重的作用；其次，對網路社會是否需要法律的規范進行了研究，其結論是網路社會依然離不開法律，而且迫切需要與其相適應的法律對其進行調整；最後，本文認為網路經濟的出現，這一經濟基礎的變化必將導致作為上層建築的法律作出相應的變革。 -
Chapter two points out that the appearance of the internet economy also brings about many problems and many contradictions. as a legal department the economic law has much more direct and closer conection with the economic dasis than the other legal departments, so the internet economy wust have a noteable impact on the economic law, whith cannot be neglected
第二部分：首先談到了網路經濟的出現也帶來了許多問題與矛盾，經濟法作為一個法律部門，其與經濟基礎之間具有比其它法律部門更為直接與密切的聯系，所以網路經濟對經濟法的影響不容忽視。
