    系統的分析過程為：待測量纖維經顯微鏡成象后，由ccd將光信號轉換成電信號，再經圖象卡將顯微視場中的一塊區域轉化成一幅數字圖象，然後用計算機對數字化纖維圖象做分割處理（即二值化處理） ，找出待分析的纖維，通過快速纖維檢測演算法進行分析計算，測定各纖維組分的平均直徑和根數等主要參數，從而計算出各纖維組分的含量。
