This paper first approaches to subjects of yulin traditional houses on layout of courtyard, layout of interiors, structure and construction, artistic carving and it ' s cultural meaning in relation to peoples life - style and family structure of yulin region in ming and qing dynasties. secondly based on the analyzing of the causes of the formation of yulin traditional houses. the four aspects, namely, multi - nationality cultures, natural condition soci al environment and religion of yulin region in ming and qing dynasties about their influences on the development of yulin traditional houses, lastly, this paper probe briefly into the value of yulin traditional houses and analyzes the current situation of the houses and makes some suggestions on conserving and protecting of yulin traditional houses
論文基於文化人類學方法首先結合榆林地區的家庭結構與生活方式對榆林四合院民居進行院落布局、室內布局、建築單體結構與構造、雕刻藝術與其文化意義全面闡述。然後基於對榆林四合院民居歷史成因分析的基礎上分析研究榆林地區的多民族文化性、自然環境、社會經濟狀況、人口特徵以及宗教信仰對榆林四合院民居的影響。從科學的角度肯定榆林四合院民居的價值，從而對榆林四合院民居保護提出建議。As to the crisis of belief that people do to the law, this article will analyze the reason that the legal belief can not grow from the point of view of the growth of legal belief. the author will try to provide some constructive path about the growth of legal belief after anatomizing the actuality deeply of the rule of law of china
