    本文首先通過對國內外運用gis進行農業氣候資源研究的現狀的分析,闡明了建立農業氣候資源息系統的重要意義:接著以arcviewgis為軟體開發集成環境,並以avenue和vb為開發語言,進行了福建省農業氣候資源息系統的設計和開發,設計出友好、實用的用戶面,開發出較為完善的系統功能;最後在該系統的支持下,以福建省基礎地理數據和71個氣象臺站的農業氣候資源數據庫為數據源,應用多統計、模糊數學等數學分析技術,構建了農業氣候資源的小網格推算模型,將福建省農業氣候資源的41個有關指標推算至0 . 004經度0 . 004緯度的地表網格單上,全面地揭示了全省農業氣候資源的空間分佈規律,並在此基礎上完成了比較細致、精確和可靠的農業氣候系統功能的模糊綜合評價,以及綜合農業氣候區和專題農業氣候區
