本文結合工程實際對影響圍堰和壩體消能防沖的各種因素，包括過堰流量、壩面高程、下游圍堰堰頂高程、壩面糙率、壩面坡度等進行了分析，並藉助水力學知識和計算機語言編寫了圍堰和壩體的優化計算程序，並利用浙江灘坑水電站工程對所提出優化計算程序進行了驗證，證明了該程序在沒有明顯的側收縮的影響下，計算結果與實際情況較為吻合。
