本文主要從魚類種質保存的目的出發，一方面以四倍體鯽鯉魚為材料，對四倍體鯽鯉魚腎臟組織進行初步培養，為建立相應細胞庫及下一步培養凍存的魚類胚胎細胞奠定基礎；另一方面，以魚類組織細胞培養技術為基礎，泥鰍胚胎細胞為材料，對魚類胚胎細胞凍存培養方法進行初步研究，並應用該技術方法對草魚早期胚胎細胞進行凍存培養實驗。報告如下：本文用組織貼壁法對四倍體鯽鯉魚腎組織進行原代、傳代培養。
