    本文結合筆者的實際工作,根據政府部門對電政務軟體產品技術和服務要求的特殊性和其采購過程的復雜性,系統運用了現代市場營銷理論的基本理和方法,首先分析了電政務軟體市場發展況和特點,運用產品優勢比較、市場佔有率和銷售增長率比較等方法,根據波特力模型對trs電政務系統的行業市場情況進行了評價,得出了trs電政務系統市場力不足的基本結論。
