    主要設計內容包括:計算上游圍后消力池的尺寸;驗證泄洪初期壩面是否能夠滿足消能防沖需要;計算下游圍堰頂高程,使其滿足泄洪期圍和壩體過流的消能防沖和工進度的需要;計算部分斷面平均流速,包括:上游圍后消力池中收縮斷面的斷面平均流速;壩首和壩末的斷面平均流速;當下遊河道發生水躍時,計算下遊河道的收縮斷面平均流速及需要鋪設護坦的長度。

    本文結合工實際對影響圍和壩體消能防沖的各種因素,包括過流量、壩面、下游圍堰頂高程、壩面糙率、壩面坡度等進行了分析,並藉助水力學知識和計算機語言編寫了圍和壩體的優化計算序,並利用浙江灘坑水電站工對所提出優化計算序進行了驗證,證明了該序在沒有明顯的側收縮的影響下,計算結果與實際情況較為吻合。
