    本試驗採用石蠟切片研究了沙芥發芽期、苗生長期各器官形及解剖結構的變化過程;並對采自鄂爾多斯市野生沙芥花、果實、種子及人工栽培的片旺盛生長期、片生長衰退期的根、莖、等材料進行了形及解剖學研究,結果表明:沙芥發芽期根、莖、各器官內組織已開始分化;苗期已分化出發達的輸導組織及貯水組織;片旺盛生長期各器官具有發達的輸導組織,但機械組織不發達,因此沙芥的根莖適于食用。
