另外，本文研究了用c + +程序設計語言進行遞階分佈控制系統設計軟體庫的開發，包括rcs模塊和系統通訊工具。基於類的概念與特徵以及應用程序編程介面（ api ）的優點，提出用抽象類實現設計軟體庫元件，如控制模塊（ rcs模塊）類和通訊類（中性消息語言nml （ neutralmessagelanguage ，簡稱nml ）和通訊管理系統cms （ communicationmanagementsystem ，簡稱cms ） ） ，封裝了控制系統應用程序底層的工作細節並提供了高層介面，從而使控制模塊之間介面簡單，便於用戶掌握和使用，使開發出的控制系統具有很好的擴展性和重用性。
