本文從經濟全球化的角度出發、以俄羅斯最新的入世動態為依據、吸收其他學者的精華為我所用、並結合當今國際風雲大國間縱橫捭闔的實際情況寫作而成，突破了以往對俄羅斯入世研究進行靜態分析或點狀分析的陳規，除對俄羅斯入世面臨的主要問題進行詳盡的論述之外，更增加了按wto成員國別分別論述的內容，並提及俄羅斯入世將對我國經濟建設的影響以及我國政府與企業界應採取的對策。
