文摘:在對伊犁地區煤中天然放射性核素調查研究的基礎上，結合伊犁地區煤中放射性核素分佈的特點、規律以及伊犁地區居民的用煤習慣，有的放矢的提出了減量化、資源化、無害化以及全過程管理原則的防治措施，為伊犁地區的經濟發展，煤炭資源的合理開發和利用，防止因煤炭的開采利用而造成的污染，建設性的提出了切實可行的方案和途徑。
