結果表明，溶膠-凝膠法制得的氧化銅粉末呈類球形，團聚嚴重，易老化；而壓力-熱液法制得的氧化銅具有疏鬆的、薄片狀的外觀結構，粒子厚度約為20nm ，分散性較好、抗老化能力強；壓力-熱液法制備的氧化銅比溶膠-凝膠法制備的氧化銅缺陷濃度小。
