本文以對技術貿易壁壘的負面經濟效應的分析為主線，從技術貿易壁壘的定義入手，歸納和總結了各國學者關于技術貿易壁壘的確定和劃分的研究成果，首先界定了技術壁壘的內涵，接著概括了技術貿易壁壘的特點和發展趨勢;隨后引入了西方經濟學中的基本成本模型和一般均衡模型，分別從市場（價格效應） 、廠商（成本效應） 、產業（福利效應）三個角度從理論上分析了技術貿易壁壘對我國家電業的負面經濟效應和影響機理;然後從企業、國內環境、國際環境方面剖析了我國家電業遭遇技術壁壘的內因和外因;最後根據剖析的原因探討了應對我國家電業技術貿易壁壘的相應對策。
