  1. This ordinance provided for consequential amendments to the stamp duty ordinance

    本條例包括印花稅條例的相應修訂。
  2. Article 15 where the holder of an intellectual property right has applied for detention of the suspected infringing goods in conformity with the provisions of article 13 of these regulations and provided a security in conformity with the provisions of article 14 of these regulations, the customs shall detain the suspected infringing goods, notify the holder of the intellectual property right in writing of the detention and serve the consignee or consignor with a customs detention receipt

    第十五條知識產權權利人申請扣留侵權嫌疑貨物，符合本條例第十三條的規定，並依照本條例第十四條的規定提供擔保的，海關應當扣留侵權嫌疑貨物，書面通知知識產權權利人，並將海關扣留憑單送達收貨人或者發貨人。

  8. In case of failure to construct buildings for distribution under paragraph 2, article 8 of the act, the authority of development shall notify the original landownership holders to apply for combination or sale by themselves under the same paragraph of the same article

    開發主管機關未能依本條例第八條第二項規定統籌興建建築物分配時，應通知原土地所有權人改依同條項規定申請合併或自行出售。

Article 27 where a landownership holder has applied for postponement of commencement under paragraph 2, article 54 of the building act and the application has been approved, and thus the time limit for construction and utilization as prescribed in paragraph 1, article 18 of the act is exceeded, no additional land value tax will be levied

    第13條依本條例第八條第三項規定計算原土地所有權人在農地重劃前之土地面積時，其農地重劃相關資料滅失或不全者，除原土地所有權人能提供可資證明文件外，以當地直轄市、縣（市）行政轄區內辦理農地重劃土地所有權人分擔農、水路用地面積比例之平均值為基準計算之。
