本文首先利用ncep時間間隔為6小時的1 1的格點資料、更全面、更為完整的常規探測資料和高原地區布設的自動氣象站資料、新一代多卜勒天氣雷達資料、衛星雲圖資料等對高原東北部地區大到暴雨的天氣、氣候特徵及大尺度環流背景進行分析，形成對高原暴雨的整體認識，並為以後的數值模擬提供大尺度環流背景及依據，分析中發現： 1 、高原東北部地區大到暴雨的分佈明顯受到地形影響，年降水量和大到暴雨次數自東向西呈階梯性遞減趨勢，分別在高原東北部的外流河谷地區和四川北部地區存在大值中心。The best performance of a given thermoelectric material can be obtained only in a very small temperature region. considering the fact that thermoelectric materials will work in a relative large temperature span when they are used in a thermoelectric generator, only a small section of the thermoelectric materials can work at the corresponding most favorable temperature
