鑒於此,本文分析了發達國家第三方物流事業的發展及其第三方物流運作管理的經驗,結合中國物流行業的現狀和環境,進行了如下研究:首先,基於第三方物流的基本概念及相關理論與技術方面,提出了關于第三方物流的見解;其次,應用swot分析方法分析了企業實施第三方物流的戰略決策,研究了基於ballow開發的tpl二維決策標準,提出了第三方物流戰略決策基本模式,剖析了幾種第三方物流的運作管理模式,即:基於核心能力的專業化和個性化運作模式、基於供應鏈管理的整合運作模式、基於現代電子信息技術的虛擬經營模式和綜合物流代理模式;然後,從物流的角度,分析了第三方物流企業在物流流程重組的過程中應注重的原則,從而以物流重組生產流程,重組物流業務流程,對第三方物流企業的組織結構進行了分析與設計;進而對第三方物流信息管理系統方案設計模式進行了研究,對當前典型的物流信息系統方案進行了比較與分析。分享友人
