    本研究的內容包括：一、在前人對抗菌肽cmiv研究的基礎上，對n端和c端進行氨基酸保守變換，設計和合成了該基因，充分使用大腸桿菌偏愛的密碼子，並將該基因5端與硫氧還蛋白基因3端融合，通過ptxfus表達載體獲得較高可溶性表達（在15 sds - page膠上可見明顯的表達蛋白帶） 。
