本論文以分析純niso4 、 naoh為原料,採用冷凍乾燥技術成功的制備了50nm左右的球狀超細鎳粉,通過xrd 、 ir 、 fesem 、 tem 、 dsc等材料現代分析手段對產物進行了分析和表徵,研究了超細鎳粉對高氯酸銨熱分解的催化活性、前驅體的形成以及非晶態金屬鹽到晶態超細鎳粉的轉變過程。In the third chapter of this thesis, the nickel electrodeposition process in leaching solution containing ammonia and chloride was summarized, and the electrochemical behaviour of nickel electrodeposition in ammonia complex bath was investigated by measuring polarization curves. the effects of total nickel, ammonia, ammonium chloride concentrations in the electrolyte as well as its anion species and temperature were studied systematically
