實驗結果表明，功率超聲的空化作用能破壞金屬氰配合物鍵，從而改變含氰廢水的化學性質，另外也可縮短吸附平衡時間，強化纖維的吸附過程，使總氰的吸附率可提高5 %左右；功率超聲對不同金屬氰配合物離子的強化效果是不同的，對銅氰絡離子的強化效果要強于鐵氰、鋅氰絡離子，所以功率超聲可以強化纖維的吸附過程。
