    關于大型油輪過駁作業的安全問題,特別是雙舷過駁的有關安全問題還沒有進很好研究和解決,基於此,本論文在對國內廣州港和北侖港過駁作業進充分調研的基礎,運用技術理論和數理知識,參照國內外已有的單弦過駁方案和雙舷過駁嘗及相關資料,結合自己在油輪工作的實踐經對大型油輪在錨地進雙舷過駁作業的有關安全問題進了研究。
