After analyzing the status of office automation system ( oas ), this paper points out that the traditional oas is difficult in developing the information system with the integration of graphic data and text because it ca n ' t manage the huge graphic data required by some fields. at the same time, the traditional software has bad flexibility to adapt the alteration of organization or business process, so a lot of work has to be done to adapt these alterations
本文首先分析了目前辦公自動化系統的現狀，根據傳統的辦公自動化系統不能管理海量的圖形信息，難于實現圖文一體化的計算機信息系統的弱點；而且組織機構的改變、業務流程的調整，通常也需要對軟體作出大量的修改，軟體的靈活性差。
