文摘:研究了釀酒酵母在酒精發酵過程中酵母細胞內海藻糖的代謝。The results showed the contents of condensed tannin, glucose, sucrose, maltose, and all the soluble sugars in the transgenic cottons were lower than those of their own conventional parents, and there were some differences in the concentration of tannic acid, gossypol, each amino acid, fructose, mamnose and trehalose all the free amino acids between the transgenic and non - transgenic cotton cultivars, which indicated non - organic gene inserted in the transgenic cotton had some influences on the changes in nutrients and secondary substances
結果顯示：供試的3個轉基因棉棉株體內縮合單寧、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麥芽糖含量以及可溶性糖總量均低於各自的常規棉親本；單寧酸、棉酚、果糖、海藻糖、鼠李糖和各種氨基酸含量以及游離氨基酸總量也與各自的常規棉親本有差異，表明外源基因的導入影響了棉株體內上述物質的合成與代謝。It was found that the trehalose metabolism was regulated and controlled by several factors such as substrate concentration, temperature and others
