參加者將由米埔斯科特野外研習中心出發進入米埔自然保護區，途經觀鳥屋魚塘蘆葦叢與基圍，經過米埔教育中心后踏上扶輪社木橋與圓桌會木橋，欣賞兩旁的紅樹林與淡水基圍，然後再沿分隔香港與深圳的邊境禁區圍網步行，最後返回斯科特研習中心完成整段路程。
