結果顯示： （ 1 ）赤鏈蛇基因的擴增片段與人sry基因擴增片斷大小相同，為220bp左右； （ 2 ）雌、雄赤鏈蛇sox基因的擴增片段大小雖然與人的相同，但其單鏈遷移率與人的有較大差異，而且雌雄個體間有明顯差異，預示該基因的dna序列在雌雄個體中可能有差異； 2 、參照人sry基因hmg - box保守區的序列，又設計一對兼并引物，擴增了赤鏈蛇的sox基因，並對擴增產物進行了克隆和測序。
