    本文測試內容相當多,概括地說就是四個工況的測試,即夏季製冷工況的測試、冬季供熱工況的測試、夏?冬過渡季測試和冬?夏過渡季測試;另外在夏季工況的測試中還進行了變流量測試,在冬季工況的測試中還進行了熱平衡測試。本文對測試據進行了處理,計算出了冬(夏)季工況埋管吸(放)熱量、熱泵空調器供熱量(製冷量) 、熱泵空調器輸入功率、埋管單位管長換熱量、供熱性能(製冷能效比)和平均傳熱等;另外,還比較了熱泵運行時地下一二層埋管進出水變化情形,得出地下二層埋管換熱能力優于地下一層埋管,且換熱很穩定;並分析了過渡季地下一二層埋管情形,得出熱泵統停機一周內地特別快。

    結果表明,所測定的11項蒸煮食味品質特性及味值在供試品種間均存在著極顯著的遺傳差異;在蒸煮食味品質特性中,膠稠、最高粘、下降粘值、粘滯峰消減值的品種間變異較大;糊化開始、最終粘、回冷粘滯性值、粘滯峰消減值與味值呈顯著或極顯著的負相關,而最高粘、下降粘值與味值呈極顯著的正相關,直鏈澱粉和蛋白質含量與味值呈負相關,而膠稠與味值呈正相關;在主成分分析中,被入選的4個主成分的貢獻率達90 58 ,其中第二主成分大的品種,糊化開始低,直鏈澱粉和蛋白質含量高,最終粘和回冷粘滯性值大。
