    由於本研究系統被測對象環境溫度較高且潮,同時倉中有大量粉塵及蒸汽,因此傳統的位檢測方不能滿足本測試要求。本文在分析國內外各種物位檢測技術的基礎上,針對特殊工況下動態物高度的檢測行了系統的探討與研究。首先建立了倉中的壓力分佈數學模型,推導出位高度與倉底均布壓力間的數學關系,並據此設計了中溫電阻應變壓力傳感器,同時對它在實際應用中存在的零點漂移等問題提出了改措施,提高了傳感器性能,解決了上述特殊工況下動態物檢測的技術難題。

    多次試驗表明:針對生物質氣浙江大學碩士學位論文含焦油灰塵量大的特點,改的生物質焦油取樣測量可實現焦油和灰塵的分離,有較高準確性和可靠性;採用二級管殼冷凝器與一級乾過濾器結合的燃氣冷凝凈化系統不但凈化效率高( 97 98 ) 、運行費用低,而且含焦油廢水二經過澄清池澄清處理后可達到國家相關污水排放標準,避兔了凈化系統的水污染;兼顧凈化效果、經濟性和減少污染考慮,採用以半焦為吸附材的于凈化系統可以達到炊用燃氣對焦油含量的要求。
