本文中提出了若干有價值的新思想、新方法,完成了以下內容:首先,提出了數字視頻監控的功能結構,描述了數字監控系統的組成、特點和發展現狀;然後研究了適合於跟蹤監控的攝像機坐標系,提出了一種雙角度攝像機坐標以適合本系統的實際應用;討論現場圖像的預處理,其中包括灰度級變換、噪聲濾波和圖像恢復;在運動監測中,比較了幾種常用的運動檢測方法的優缺點,提出了一種基於時域和空間域的圖像檢測方法;另外,在得到運動物體的圖像時,採用矩形框技術填充由於差分圖像造成的孔洞,此方法簡單可靠,有較大的實用性。
