很簡單的是臊子面，用一點胡蘿卜，土豆，豆腐，均切丁（薄片也行） ，最好加點黃花菜（也叫金針菜） ，下鍋稍微炒一下，加水略煮至胡蘿卜、土豆稍軟，放入切好的木耳、菠菜，最好還有炒好的肉餡，全部煮熟後放鹽，勾芡，關火。
