Aiming at the problems of the k190jik rail welding machine, that the parameter modification is difficult, the welding process is not enough stability and the welding machine has no on - line diagnosis function, in this paper, the control system of the welding machine was promoted completely adopting the fx2n - 64mr programmable logic controller and the pcl - 1800 data acquisition card, the das ( data acquisition system ) was set up by using labview and visual basic software, the functions of welding voltage stabilizing and adjusting, current controlling and intellectual modification was improved, welding quality diagnosis system was built up, and the assembling and debugging of the control system was completed, including the process experiments
本文針對k190jik鋼軌焊機控制系統存在參數修改困難、焊接過程不夠穩定、無焊接質量在線診斷功能等問題，採用日本三菱公司fx2n - 64mr可編程序控制器、研華工控pcl ? 1800數據採集卡等為核心控制部件，對焊機的整機控制系統進行了全面升級。運用軟體labview和vb開發了數據採集系統，完善了焊接穩壓、調壓、電流恆值控制與智能調節功能，利用vb建立了焊接質量在線診斷系統，並完成了系統組裝調試與工藝試驗研究工作。
