    論文針對當前重慶市許多旅遊型小城鎮形建設雜亂章,城鎮建設面貌單調乏味,建築缺乏設計和文化內涵,城鎮旅遊接待環境條件差,提出有必要站在區域高度,對這類小城鎮進行形劃和設計,運用城市識別系統cis ( cityidentitysystem )和「城市意」五要素原理來分析小城鎮系統結和要素,以便能夠清楚地認識研究對,在此基礎上分析旅遊型小城鎮景觀成及特色體現,提出了旅遊型小城鎮形在宏觀、中觀和微觀三個層次上劃設計重點,並從理論上分析從實踐中總結出旅遊型小城鎮形劃設計一般原、方法表達方式及手段等,最後本文運用前面理論和方法分析了重慶市兩個典型旅遊型小城鎮,並進一步得出結論,即旅遊型小城鎮形建設是一個系統工程,要從劃和設計兩個角度,結合旅遊優勢,結合地方,結合自然,既有整體又有重點地對旅遊型小城鎮形進行塑造,使得旅遊與小城鎮建設和發展互相融合,協調發展,相得益彰。

    現代控制工程中系統多表現為非線性、時變和不確定性,採用傳統建模方法比較困難,或者根本法實現,在這種情況下,要實現有效控制,必須採用模型辨識方法來獲取對近似模型,並加以控制,目前用於系統辨識模型種類很多,模糊模型是其中一種,它隨著模糊控制發展而被人提出,模糊模型具有萬能逼近和強非線性特點,比較適合於描述復雜非線性系統,為了解決模糊模型在輸入變量較多時數膨脹問題,文中引入遞階型模糊模型,並引證這種結通用逼近特性。遺傳演算法是模擬自然界生物進化「優勝劣汰」原理一種參數尋優演算法,它具有隱含并行性和全局最優化能力,並且對尋優對要求比較低,在工程應用和科學研究中,得到了廣泛應用,本文將遺傳演算法引入模糊模型辨識,取得了很好效果。
