摘要為了研究近紅外光譜分析技術預測煙草薄片中的總糖、總氮、煙堿、鉀和氯含量的可行性，本文以250個具有代表性的煙草薄片樣品的近紅外漫反射光譜數據和它們相時應化學測定數據為基礎，通過偏最小二乘回歸法（ pls ）建立了以上5種成分的近紅外分析模型，並對模型的預測效果進行了評價。
