本文重新設計了新型遙傳短節和參數測量儀器的介面電路，部分參數的介面電路完全採用硬體電路實現；針對溫度參數的數據頻率高於新型遙傳方式可傳輸頻率范圍的矛盾，提出了按「位」傳輸的新方式；基於流量參數特有的方向性，對流量數據採用了兩道傳輸的方式。
