    論文首先對我國證券公司投資銀行業務的外部和組織模式現狀進行了介紹,指出了目前投資銀行部門組織模式存在的問題,同時,論文對國外投資銀行組織模式進行了分析和借鑒;其次,論文運用權理論和資源依附理論對我國證券公司投資銀行部門的外部進行了分析,得出新下投資銀行部門組織結構的應對策略;再其次,運用理論、耗散結構理論對投資銀行部門組織模式演規律進行了定性和定量分析;最後,在上述分析的基礎之上,對目前我國證券公司投資銀行部門的組織結構、部門職能、業務流程、激勵機制等進行了初步設計。
