本文在深入研究高等院校實驗室綜合管理信息系統（ lims ）發展現狀和趨勢的基礎上，借鑒已有的經驗教訓，針對某學院電工電子中心實驗室的特點與存在的問題，經過詳細的功能與性能需求分析，結合當前較為先進的計算機技術，設計了高等院校實驗室綜合管理系統的體系結構和應用系統結構，構架了優于同類型產品的、應用網路、數據庫和中間件等先進技術、基於全生命周期管理理念的高校實驗室lims集成框架。
