    本實驗採用pcr方法從花cdna文庫中克隆到葉綠體shsp基因,經測序證實與genbank中已發表的序列在編碼區相差2個基,其中一個基導致1個氨基酸的改變。將葉綠體shsp基因定向克隆于帶有組成性表達啟動子camv35s的植物表達載體prok中,凍融法轉化農桿菌lba4404 ,利用葉圓盤法對進行ti質粒介導的遺傳轉化。
